The Women’s Ministry meeting will be Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 10:00 am on Zoom.

All women are encouraged to attend.

 

The Men's Ministry will meet on Conference Call on Monday, May 6, at 7 pm. All men are welcome to join the call.

This year we are celebrating eighty-five years in service for our LORD. Our theme for this year is “We’ve Come 85 Years By Faith” and our scripture is from Hebrews 11:1. Our colors are black and gold. Each person is encouraged to donate $1.00 for each year of our church has existence, a total of eighty-five dollars. As in prior years, your donation can be made in a lump sum or in installments and any amount is appreciated. You may include your donation in your tithes envelope by using the “other donation” line. Write 85th Church Anniversary and the amount.

If you would like to place a business or congratulatory advertisement in the church’s anniversary program book, please contact Sister Phoebe, church clerk. The cost is $10 for a quarter page, $20 for a half page, and $40 for a whole page. There is limited space, please do not wait too late. The deadline to submit your ad is Sunday, May 12, 2024.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Speaker for Worship Service on Sunday, May 5th, 2024, will be Minister George Morton.

Worship Service will be held in the Sanctuary the first 3 Sundays in the month of May.

May 5th, May 12th (Mother's Day) and May 19th. Please make note of the schedule changes for this month.

Joint Noon Day Prayer with St. John Baptist Church of Marshall Heights and Mentrotone Baptist Church is every Wednesday, starting at 11:30 AM until 12:00 PM. This service is held on St. John’s conference number. Our mid-week Prayer and Praise Service is every Wednesday, starting at 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM. This Service is held on our conference number. All are welcome to both of these services.

We are accepting clothes or food donations this month. Thanks again each and every one of you for your donations thus far.

Youth Church School

 

Every Saturday at 6 pm we have Youth Church School on Zoom video and by phone. Youth Church School is for youth between the ages of 5 and 18 years old.
